RINCON-James Reese Wilson, 63, died Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Effingham Hospital. The Long County native attended Goshen United Methodist Church and retired from Union Camp as a Team Leader in 2006. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Vietnam. Survivors include his wife, Peggie Jones Wilson of Rincon; daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Mike Stone Jr. of Savannah; three grandchildren, Carola, Reese, and Vivian Stone, all of Savannah; his mother, Vivian Porter Wilson of Isle of Hope; siblings, Wynell Wilson of Rincon, Garland Wilson of Isle of Hope, Twindell Emory of Savannah, and Theron Wilson of Savannah; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Kelly Wilson. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel.
