Monica M., Age 78, formerly of 102 Berkley Lane, Horseheads, NY., passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2001 at The Chemung County Nursing Facility. Mrs. Parker was a communicant of St. Mary Our Mother Church in Horseheads, NY. Monica was a retired sales clerk at Panosian's Clothes Tree in Elmira, NY. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Norman R. Parker, on March 5, 1972 and was also pre-deceased by her son, James R. Parker. Mrs. Parker is survived by her children: Tina M. Parker with whom she had resided, Michael E. & Jane Parker of Horseheads, NY, Patricia & Joseph Weldon of Pottstown, PA, and Gaynell Parker of Tallahassee, Florida; grandchildren: Travis Parker, Eric Palmer, Bryan Parker, and Jen Parker; one great grandson, several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Van Buskirk-Lynch Funeral Home, Mill St. & Grand Central Ave., Horseheads, NY., on Wednesday, November 28, 2001 from 1-2 PM. Mrs. Parker's Funeral Services will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at 2 PM. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery in Horseheads, NY.
