JACKSON - Minnie J., 70, of Montclair, beloved wife of Calvin R. Jackson died August 4, 2003. For more than 30 years, until her retirement, Mrs. Jackson and her husband were proprietors of Catering Extraordinaire, a Montclair-based firm serving private and corporate clients throughout the tri-state area. A Brookneal, VA native, she lived in Montclair for more than 50 years. Surviving are Calvin, her husband; three daughters, Lynn McFarlane, Renee Washington and Robin Jackson; brother, Wilbur Marshall; sister, Jean Hogan; son-in-law, John L. Washington and three grandchildren, Shanta, John and Marcus Washington. Visitation today 6-8 PM at Rising Mount Zion Baptist Church, 27 Monroe Place, Montclair where funeral service will be held on Saturday, 10 AM.
