Funeral services for Minister Brenda G. Wilson, 58, will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Rock Christian Church, Sylacauga at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Theoangelo Perkins officiating the service. Burial will be held in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Talladega Springs. Minister Wilson died on February 27, 2011 at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga. She is survived by one son, Derrick Wilson of Bessemer, one daughter, Alisha Wilson of Sylacauga; one brother, Daniel Wilson of Talladega; and a host of grandchildren, uncles, aunts, church family and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday 12 noon until 8 p.m., family hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Community Funeral Home. Community Funeral Home directing the service.
