Born in Greenwood, MS, she came here from St. Petersburg in 1998. She was a homemaker known for her gracious spirit, charity work, gardening, and her beloved pets. Suvirors include three daughters, Tracie Bullock, Shannon Bailey, and Alexandria Brooks; siblings, Carolyn Henry, Sally Jane Muirhead, Robert Provine Jr.; and four grandchildren, Colton, Savannah, Taylor, and Jessica. She was preceded in death by her spouse of 51 years, James Bailey in 2013. A celebration of life will be held for immediate family in the Mississippi Delta.
