Mildred Marie Capps Massey, 77, of 609 Donaldson Road, died Feb. 9, 2004, at Mary Black Hospital, Spartanburg. Born in Hendersonville, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Mitchell and Dovie Lockaby Capps, and was the widow of Rasney H. Massey Sr. Before her retirement, she was employed with Perrigo Company. Mrs. Massey was a member of Bethuel Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to Hollis Development Center, P.O. Box 17467, Greenville, SC 29607. Surviving are a son, Raz Massey, and his wife, Melinda, of Greenville; two grandsons, Justin Massey, of Piedmont, and Caleb Massey, of Greenville; a sister, Eldora Cantrell, of Hendersonville, N.C.; and a brother, Cle Capps, of Pensacola, Fla.
