SIMMONS Mildred Louise Simmons, 89, passed away Friday, December 9, 2011. Mrs. Simmons, a beautician on the North Side of Jacksonville for many years, was predeceased by her husband, James A. Simmons. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa (Andy) Morgan; 2 grandchildren: Josh (Alicia) Cartrette and Chelsea Morgan; great granddaughter, Zoey Cartrette; and nephew, Bill Cone.
