LAURENS, S.C. -- Mildred Louise Davis, age 80, of 640 Dial Place, died Friday, June 22, 2012, in the Laurens County Hospital.She was born in Statesboro, Ga., and was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Lena Kicklighter Tillman.Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and is survived by her husband, Herman Curtis Davis of the home; three sons, Steve Davis of Laurens, Jake Davis of Covington, Ga., and David Davis of Waterloo; four daughters, Anita Carroll of McDonough, Ga., Darlene Davis of Gray Court, Roxanne Chandler of Waterloo and April Maynard of Monroe, Ga.; two sisters, Annette Plymel of Statesboro, Ga., and Dorothy Sellers of Jacksonville, Fla.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.The graveside service will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Westview Memorial Park.The family will receive friends immediately after the service.Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.grayfuneralhome.com.Gray Funeral Home of Laurens.Statesboro Herald, June 26, 2012Sign the Legacy online guestbook at www.statesboroherald.com.
