JACKSON Mildred (nee Sinatra) age 87 a lifelong resident of Garfield on Dec. 23rd. Employed by J.P. Stevens Research & Development, Garfield, she was a Lab Tech for 12 years retiring in 1980. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church. She was a member of Girls and Guys of the Golden Towers - Past President, Golden Tower Housing Assoc. - President 2001-2006, Garfield AARP, and Bergen County Board of Elections Worker. Beloved wife of the late Jesse J. in 1966. Devoted mother of Anthony Jackson and wife Judy, Jessica Sroke and Andrea Cossin and husband Dan. Dear sister of Andrew Sinatra, Girolamo Ventura, Helen Pezzementi and sister Luisa Ventura. Grandmother of seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her brothers Castie and Angelo Sinatra and Bill Ventura and sister Angelina Ventura. Visiting will be from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Thursday at the Aloia Funeral Home, 180 Harrison Ave., Garfield (973-340-7077).
