Interment will follow in Garden of Memories-Myrtle Hill. Preceded in death by her husband, Albert Bailey Sr.; son, Randall Watkins; daughter, Marlene Miller; grandson, Mark Watkins; brothers, Theodore, Nathaniel, Arthur Johnson and Clayton Wilson Sr.; nieces, Thelma and Valorie Johnson. Ssurvived by three sons, Albert Bailey Watkins, Johnny Bailey and Reginald Bailey; four daughters, Teralyn Jones, Charlene Webb (George Hilliard), Mildred Henderson (Carlton) and Charlotte Scruggs; sisters-in-law, Nancy Johnson, Veronica Wilson; 15 grands; 41 great-grands; 13 great-great-grands; and her loving family and friends. Remains will repose after 5 pm, Friday, Dec. 5, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave., and the family will receive friends 7:30-8:30 pm.
