JACKSON, Mildred FrancesAge 94 of Madison, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday morning April 21, 2011. Known by many simply as "Mawmaw", she lived her life to the fullest and loved everyone that crossed her path. She will be greatly missed by her family and those that had the privilege of knowing her. She will also be missed by her friends at Mabel Carter where she lived for the last number of years. However, today she is celebrating a wonderful life in heaven with her almighty God and the family that left this life before her. She is preceded in death by husband, Thomas Jackson and daughter, Frances Jackson-Cranford. She is survived by daughter, Carolene Jackson-Lewis (Dan); son-in-law, Marshall Cranford; granddaughters, Darlene Maddox-Slater (Jeff), Gwen Maddox-Meacham (Patrick), Christy Cranford-Hamilton (Kevin) and grandson, Tommy Maddox; great grandchildren, Lane Gomez, Atalie Gomez, Aubrie Field, Lady Frances Hamilton, Hunter Hamilton, Dean Slater, Alex Maddox, Samantha Maddox and great great grandson, Gavin Gomez. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, April 22 and Saturday April 23 from 12-1 p.m. at Forrest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 1150 Dickerson Road in Goodlettsville, TN. Funeral services will be held on Saturday April 23 at 1 p.m.
