Obituary of Mildred-Evelyn Davis


Mrs. Mildred Evelyn Davis or Paisley, FL died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2001. She was born to Hazel Pierson and James Hildebrand on Dec. 18, 1917 in Peoria, IL and moved to Orange City, FL in 1952 and then to Orlando. After retiring from Albert Drug Store in 1995, she relocated to Paisley, FL. She was Lutheran, a homemaker, and a loving mother who was loved by all. Mrs. Davis' favorite past-time was watching the Atlanta Braves baseball game. She was pre-deceased by her husband, J. B. Davis of Orlando, FL. Survivors: daughters, Karen Davis and husband Rusty, Paisley, FL; Susan Young and husband David, Apopka, FL; sons, Warren Brown and wife Cathy, Altamonte Springs, and Michael Brown and wife Mary, Lilburn, GA; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral Service for Mrs. Mildred Evelyn Davis will be 2PM, Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2001 at the Forest City Chapel of the Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home. Visitation for friends will be 6PM to 8PM on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2001 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Mildred Evelyn Davis to The Sept. 11 Memorial Fund.
