MEREDITH, Mildred Eloise - age 93 passed away Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Riverview Gardens, Chatham. She was born in Sombra Township daughter of the late Esdon and Mina (Peters) Bird. Her husband Harold predeceased in 1997. Her son Wayne predeceased in 2003. She is survived by her daughter-in-law Linda Meredith of Chatham; two grandsons: David Meredith and his partner Jose Ferradas-Gil of Toronto, Paul and his wife Jackie Meredith of Chatham; sister: Jean & Doug Wells of Dresden. She is also predeceased by a brother and sister-in-law Elwood and Dorothy Bird. Visitors will be received at the THOMAS L. DEBURGER FUNERAL HOME, 620 Cross Street, Dresden on Sunday 2-4 p.m. and 1 hour prior to service on Monday. The funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home on Monday May 25, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Mrs. Bonnie Harvey officiating. Interment in Dresden Cemetery.
