Michael Truman Hardin, 45, of Rogersville, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2008, in his home. Michael was born on July 7, 1962, in Springfield, to Truman and Neva (Wimberley) Hardin. He was a graduate of Greenwood High School, in 1980, and of MSU in 1985, with degrees in Industrial Management and Physics. He had attended the Rogersville First Baptist Church and had worked for the Paul Mueller Company for 17 years. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Truman Hardin, and father-in-law Dean Ellison. Surviving is two children and their mother, Lukas and Lindsey Hardin of Rogersville, and Cheryl (Ellison) Hardin of Rogersville; his mother, Neva Hardin of Lake, St. Louis; mother-in-law Shirley Ellison of Rogersville; two sisters, Marianne Hardin of Little Rock, Ark., and Jeannine Spencer and her husband, Tim of Lake, St. Louis; and two nephews, Jon and Caleb Spencer, cousins and friends. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 21, 2008, in the Rogersville First Baptist Church. Burial will be at a later date in the Sparta Cemetery.
