Michael Ray Watson Michael Ray Watson, 60, who retired as vice president of production with Clemons and Rutherford in Tallahassee, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2007. No service has been planned at this time. Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home (850-893-4177) is handling arrangements. He moved to this area 22 years ago from his native Miami, Fla. Survivors include his son Shane Watson (and wife Sandy) of Tallahassee; a brother Gerald Watson of California; a sister, Denise Bell (and husband Robert) of Tallahassee; three grandchildren, Natalie, Tyler and Camden all of Tallahassee; two nieces; and a nephew.
