Michael Ray "Mike" Gann - SAVANNAH - Michael Ray "Mike" Gann, 60, of Savannah, GA, passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, June 19, 2009. A native of Fayette, AL, Mike had been a resident of Savannah for the past 23 years. Mike was born September 5, 1948 to the late William Thomas Gann and the late Vivian Pauline Guyton Gann. Mike was a Commercial truck driver wner/operator for many years. He was employed by Tristar Freight Systems for two and a half years. Mike's three passions in life were to provide for his family, to fish, and to camp. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Mike is survived by his loving wife of 16 years Sena Gann of Savannah, GA; four daughters, Michelle Pacheco of Omaha, NE, Sabrena Stewart of Savannah, GA, Cecile Gann of Key West, FL, and Marti Gann of Charleston, SC; one son, Brent Gann of Charleston, SC; one sister, Paula Weaver of Summerville, SC; two brothers, Tom Gann of Russell Springs, KY and Gary Gann of Shepardsville, KY; two step-brothers, Roger Davis of Charleston, SC and Greg Davis of White Oak, NC; step-mother Alma Gann of Charleston, SC; six grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his sister Elizabeth Staton. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00PM Sunday, June 21, 2009 at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Brunswick, Georgia with Reverend Earl Parrish officiating.
