Obituary of Michael-J. -Bolint III

<!-- FH = BLOUNT, CURRY & ROEL FUNERAL HOME -->BOLINT, Michael J. III, died August 11, 2012. He was born June 23, 1951. Born Johnson AFB Japan. Michael died at home in his favorite chair, just like he wanted to. His sister and son were there to walk him to the door for the next journey. He had an adventurous life going to school in German and the Philippines as an 'Air Force brat', with a warm, secure and loving family. His favorite places were Concord Mass, the 'PI' and Northern California. He lived through the 60's in a wonderous way, including becoming the father of two boys, Canyon DeVille and Andar DeVille, both born in Berkeley California with Valerie his ex-wife. They divorced after those tumultuous times, and Michael moved back to Florida, to the family home, to provide care for his elderly parents, Theo Nalley Bolint and Michael John Bolint Jr. Both of them are gone now but hopefully welcoming Michael to his 'new home'. His sister, Theo Bolint Rockwell, also predeceased him. He is survived by his two sons and his older sister, Mary Elizabeth Bolint. He was delighted by his Slovak family and especially his friend Andrea. Physically Michael was very strong, athletic and over 6'4". But he was also a sweet and caring man. He named the stray cat that he fed "Ruby" after the Hospice team who cared for him the last 12 months at home. His day job was drywall construction but his pleasure was art and music, and he played the guitar. He was proud of his sons and loved them both - "live a long and happy life for me he said, "all is well". Michael also cared for our soldiers in the Vietnam war by carrying stretchers and in the hospital at Clark AFB in the PI. He was in the Army and left to care for his parents. He was a wise find and spiritual man as well and often offered advice to his friends and family that seemed to be connected to another plane. We lived together as a 'family' and had many good friends. He said to say 'goodbye and thanks' for the memories to all of them.
