<!-- FH = Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown -->Michael HendersonEasleyMichael Dale Henderson, 56, of 108 Collins Street, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Baptist Hospital Easley.Born in Cobbs Creek, VA a son of the late Mims Henderson and the late Katherine Berry, Mr. Henderson retired as a firefighter and EMT with Greenville County and was a member of Arial United Methodist Church where he belonged to the Church Sunday School Class and was a member of the church choir. He served with the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Surviving are his wife, Judith Crum Henderson of the home; two daughters, Danielle Henderson and April Stewart, both of Easley, two brothers, Tommy and Phil Henderson, both of Virginia; a sister, Becky Gilbert of Virginia; two grandchildren, C.J. and Sara Stewart; and his in-laws, Ross and Peggy Crum of Six Mile.Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Roger Gwinn officiating.Visitation will be from 12:00 until 1:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arial United Methodist Church, 119 Biltmore Drive, Pickens, SC 29671.The family is at the residence.Condolences may be expressed online at www.robinsonfuneralhomes.com or in person at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, which is assisting the family.
