ANDERSON Melanie Gail It is with deep sorrow that we announce Melanie's passing on Thursday, November 5th, 2009 in Vernon Hospice House. She had reached the age of 35 years. Melanie is survived by her loving family: parents, Susan (Garry) Chapman of Blind Bay, BC, and Eric Hyde of Kelowna, BC; two sons, Steven and Ethan, and one daughter, Kayla, all of Vernon; two sisters, Kristy Boudreau of Salmon Arm, BC and Jennifer Chapman of Port Coquitlam, BC; three step-brothers: Garry Chapman of North Vancouver, BC, Sean (Kulvit) Chapman of Surrey, BC, and Ryan (Karla) Chapman of Port McNeil, BC; her grandmothers, Barbara Webb of Burnaby, BC and Marion Hyde of Coquitlam, BC; one niece, Danielle Boudreau and one nephew, Branden Boudreau, both of Salmon Arm, BC, her life's partner, Teddy Birovchak of Kelowna, BC; also numerous other relatives and many dear friends. The Service of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, November 14th, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Vernon Alliance Church. A reception will follow in the church. In lieu of flowers, those friends wishing to make memorial contributions in memory of Melanie may do so to the North Okanagan Hospice House, 3506 - 27th Avenue, Vernon, BC V1T 1S4.
