Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangement. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Truvine Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Galilee Cemetery. Survivors include sons Eddie and Jerry, both of Sarasota; daughters Rosemary Williams, Shirley Glenn and Brenda, all of Sarasota; sisters Ruth Brown, Constance Person, Erma Dorsey and Shirley Murphy, all of Gainesville, and Jean Esther Watkins and Collette Hill, both of Atlanta; brothers William Dorsey Jr. of Gainesville, Gary Watkins of Columbia, S.C., and Theodore and Jordy Hill, both of Sarasota; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
