Bulloch County native Matilda Bradley Williams, the daughter of the late Homer and Eula Gordon Bradley, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013.Mrs. Williams was a member of New Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Register, where she was an active member of the music ministry until her health began to fail. She was a graduate of William James High School, Statesboro. She was employed for 26 years as a data processor with New York City, from where she retired in 1999. After retiring, she and her husband returned to Georgia and made their home in Wrens.Survivors include: her husband of 52 years, Willie B. Williams, Wrens; one son, Michael J. Williams, Brooklyn, N.Y.; three brothers, Benjamin (Mary) Bradley, Statesboro, Frank (Berta Mae) Bradley, Atlanta, and James Bradley, Register; three sisters, Mildred Utley and Johnnie Mae Rosario, both of Wrens, and Surena Bradley, Brooklyn, N.Y.; two brothers-in-law, Jessie Paul Williams and Johnnie (Bessie) Williams, all of Dayton, Ohio; one sister-in-law, Bertie Mae Parrish, Dayton, Ohio; four stepgrandchildren, Addie Dekle, Marietta, Yolanda (Bernard) Andrews, Kyle Dekle and William O'Neal Rice, all of Augusta; three step great-grandchildren and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.Funeral: Thursday, May 9, 2013, at New Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, Register, at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in New Bethlehem Cemetery.Visitation: Wednesday, May 8, 2013, in the W.H.
