ObituaryMasie Mae Ridgdon Wallace, 76, died Thursday, December 29, 2005. Masie was born in Deland and was a longtime resident of Tallahassee. She was a housekeeper and loved to keep her grandchildren. She also worked at Posey's in Panacea until her retirement. She is survived by by a son, Ray Warren Wallace (Lynn) of Cyrstal River, a daughter Brenda J. Allen (Gary) of Tallahassee; five sisters, Myra Ridgon, Olamae Kirkland, Rene Rigdon and Deobrah Artilla, all of Fort Myers and Violet Davis of Tallahassee; a brother Junior Rigdon of Massachusetts; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and severa nephews, nieces and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Wallace, a daughter Sandra Moss and a sister Myrt Long.The service will be at 2 PM Monday at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Timberlane Road Chapel. Family will receive friends from 4 to 6 PM, Sunday at the funeral home.
