She was born in Pensacola, Florida on August 24, 1943 to William and Doris Walmer.Mary was a beloved wife, mother, sister and friend. She graduated from Saddleback College with a degree in Fashion Design in 1986 and later worked for the City of Laguna Niguel. She retired in 2000 to move to Pensacola, FL to be closer to her parents and family. She was a very accomplished needle artist and mixed media artist, and participated in many mixed art events with her daughter.Mary is preceded in death by her parents, William and Doris Walmer, and brother, Leonard. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.She is survived by her husband, Wallace; daughter, Katherine (Jeff); son, Roger (Pilar); brothers, Frank (Mary) and Kenneth; grandchildren, Caitlin, Andrew, Nicholas, Nathan and Zachary; and nieces and nephews and cousins.Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 22, 2013 at Seaside Memorial Park in Corpus Christi, Texas.To view tribute, visit www.corpuschristifh.com.Express your condolences in our guestbook at pnj.com/obits
