Mary W. Hughes, 60, died Feb. 7, 2013, at the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach. She was born in Philadelphia and lived in Vero Beach since 2011. She worked for many years as an administrator of a nonprofit blind association in Philadelphia. She was a member of Morning Star Church of Vero Beach and Women's Refuge Group. Survivors include her son, Christopher Lundy of Port St. Lucie; brothers, James Hughes of Hatfield, Pa., and Bill Hughes of Philadelphia; and one grandson.
