Mary Virginia Wiggins, 79, Englewood, died April 15, 2006, at Englewood Community Hospital. She was born Dec. 4, 1926, in Wheeling, W.Va., and came to Charlotte County 23 years ago from there. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lemon Bay Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Englewood. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Ralph L.; daughters Sally Louk of Rotonda West, Laura Herald of Sarasota and Linda of Venice; a son, Thomas of North Port; a sister, Marcella Conti of Wheeling; a brother, Robert Emmerth of Winthrop Harbor, Ill.; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Englewood Community Funeral Home. The service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Gulf Pines Memorial Park Cemetery.
