Mary Therese Williams passed away following a long illness on Jan. 19, 2013 at Flagler Hospital. Mary was born and raised in Washington, D.C. After graduating from Elizabeth Seton High School in Bladensburg, Md., Mary worked as a secretary for the Department of Health and later the Goddard Space Flight Center where she met her husband Christopher. In 1973 they moved to St. Augustine, Christopher"s hometown. They previously lived in Jacksonville where Mary enjoyed her job as office manager for Universal Supply. Mary will long be remembered for her sweet nature and big heart. She genuinely cared for everyone she met and was always loved in return. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Christopher; her beloved mother-in-law, Julie Usina Williams; son, Chad C. (Jessica) Williams of Jacksonville; daughter, Stephanie R. (Billy) Alahouzos of St. Augustine; sisters, Patricia (Bill) Rossworn of Indio, Calif., Susan (Raymond) Peters of Naples, Fla., Vicki (Bill) Long of Frederick, Md., Sally (Dave) Price of Grass Valley, Calif.; grandchildren, Trace, Desi, Cole, Lyla, and Claire; brother-in-law, Rick Steinhouser of Orlando, Fla., and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Adelbert and Marion Lansdale and sister, Adele Steinhauser.A visitation will be held on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. with prayers beginning at 5 p.m. at Craig Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be said at 11 a.m. on Friday at San Sebastian Catholic Church followed by burial at San Lorenzo Cemetery.Craig Funeral Home Crematory and Memorial Park (www.craigfuneralhome.com) is in charge of the arrangements.
