Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, in the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Mary Sue Adams, age 95, of Gainesville. The Rev. Marshal Dale will officiate. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Meadow Baptist Church Cemetery in Comer, Ga. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Adams passed away Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013.Mrs. Adams was born in Madison County, Ga., to the late T.J. Gulley and Dora Simmons. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Clyde Adams; and daughter-in-law, Ouida Adams. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Rossie Adams, Jakin, Ga.; Travis and Jean Adams, Dahlonega; son, Lamar Adams, Gillsville; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.Online condolences may be made at wardsfh.com.
