Mrs. Mary S. Williams -Savannah- Mrs. Mary S. Williams, 84, entered eternal rest on Wednesday March 14, 2007 at her home. She was a native of Vidalia, GA and lived in Savannah many years. She was a private duty Nurse Assistant. She was a member of Connor's Temple Baptist Church where she served on the Senior Mission Ministry as recording secretary, and also served on the Mother's Board. She was preceded in death by her husband; Marcellus Williams and a son; Tony Williams. She is survived by five sons; Ervin Williams, Sr. (Charlotte), Eugene Williams (Demetra), Lenorris Williams, Curtis Williams (Betty), James Williams (Joanna) all of Savannah, GA, two daughters; Louvenia German, Queen Ogletree, both of Savannah, GA, three sisters; Martha Sneed of Bridgeport, CT, Rutha Mae Bell of St. Petersburg, FL, Lillian Jackson of Vidalia, GA, 19 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives. The funeral service for Mrs. Williams was held 3:00 p.m. on Saturday March 17, 2007 at Connor's Temple Baptist Church. The family of the late Mrs. Mary S. Williams would like to thank each of you for your encouragements and acts of kindness during our time of sorrow. May God keep you as you have blessed us during this difficult time.
