BRANFORD - Mary Rimmer Moore, 76, of 19 Leetes Island Road, Branford, died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, in St. Raphael's Hospital. She was the mother of Vivian Yedynak of West Haven, Mary (Jeff) Boccardi of Marietta, Calif., and Leamon (Deborah) Moore Jr. of Wallingford; also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; loving companion of Harold Prisley, with whom she resided; former wife of Leamon Moore Sr. Prior to her retirement in 1996, Mary was a nursing assistant at St. Raphael's for 45 years. She was a loving care giver to all who knew her. Funeral services will take place Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the Porto Funeral Home, 234 Foxon Road, Rte. 80, East Haven and may call Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. Interment in Bare Plains Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Fr. McGivney Cancer Center, 1450 Chapel St., New Haven, CT.
