Mary P. Finn DOVER - Mary P. Finn, 85, of Central Ave died at Wentworth Douglass Hospital on Saturday, January 31, 2015. Born September 6, 1929, in Queens, N.Y. to Michael and Mary (Carey) Durkin, she graduated from St. Jean's High School in Manhattan and started a career in business at the Chase Manhattan Bank. Mary married William Finn on November 21, 1953 in Queens, N.Y. They lived in the New York area for several years before settling in Hudson, New Hampshire in 1965. She was employed in the Purchasing Department at Hampshire Chemical in Nashua, N.H. Several years after Billy's death, she moved to Central Towers in Dover, N.H. Mary is survived by her two sons, Michael W. Finn of Litchfield, N.H. and Robert Finn of Nashua, N.H.; a daughter, Carol Anne Finn of Dover; a cousin, Sister Margaret Carey; two nephews, Larry Finn and his wife, Joanne, their children Jessica and Dylan, John Finn, and a niece, Linda (Finn) Uberti and her husband, Major General John Uberti, and their children, Giovanna and Michael. She also leaves nieces and nephews on the Latham (Finn) side of her family. She leaves her Pulomena nephews, Kenneth, Richard, and William, her dear friend Anne Cunningham, as well as Anne's children, Daniel and Lynn. Her friends at Central Towers in Dover will remember her for the hours they spent together laughing over cards, meals, and trips around town. She was predeceased by her parents; and her husband William R. Finn. There are no calling hours. A light luncheon, in celebration of Mary's life, will be held in St. Mary's church hall immediately following the Memorial Mass. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, February 6th 2015 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's church, corner of Chestnut and Third Street, Dover, N.H.
