MARY P. DAVIS HAMMOND, IN Mary P. Davis, age 57 of Hammond, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013. She is survived by three sons: Jeremy Davis of Rockford, IL, Chad (Blanca) Davis of Griffith, IN, and Matt (Brandi) Davis of Valparaiso, IN; nine grandchildren; one brother, David (Susie) Moore of IL; three sisters: Carolyn (John) Powers of Crown Point, IN, Georgie Phieffer of Hammond, and Marsha (Lester) Wielford of IL. Preceded in death by husband Jerry in 2011. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road), Highland with Pastor Clemont Chatone officiating. Cremation to follow. Friends are invited to meet with the family Wednesday from 2:45 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mary was a member of the Orchard Drive Baptist Church. www.kuiperfh.com
