MILLS, Mary Elizabeth (nee Paulton) At Huron Lodge on January 4, 2006, from the loving arms of her family to the heavenly arms awaiting her release from a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease at 91 years of age. Predeceased by her loving husband Archie Frank Mills (1970) and her beloved parents Edwin (1967) and Hettie (1955) Paulton. Cherished mother of Tom and Judy Mills, Windsor, and Gwen and George Fraser, London, Ontario. Dear Nanna of Jennifer Louise and Jason Casey, Windsor, Aimee Elizabeth Mills, Chatham, Rob and Simone Fraser and their children Alexandra and Megan, Sue and Mike Martins and their children Jamie and Fraser, and Dave Fraser, all of London. Dear sister of Al Paulton and Ruth Bellaire, and dear sister-in-law of Joan Paulton, Gwen Paulton, and Mary Paulton, all of Windsor. Predeceased by her beloved brothers Ted and Harry Paulton, brother-in-law Ed Bellaire and sister-in-law Margaret Paulton. Survived by many nieces and nephews and their families. Mary was a member of the Church of the Ascension since she came to Canada from Wolverhampton, England in 1926. She worked at Kresge's at Dorwin Plaza from before it opened to the day it closed, then at Kmart on Huron Line until her retirement in 1978. Deepest thanks to the staff at Huron Lodge, especially those of Andrew Hall, for their loving care of Mary (and us!) for over 6 years, and those of Centre East who cared for her at the end. Visitation will be held on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at Families First Funeral Home & Tribute Centre (969-5841) 3260 Dougall Ave. On Saturday, January 7, 2006 family and friends are invited to meet at Church of the Ascension, 1385 University Avenue W., after 12 noon, followed by a Mass at 1:00 p.m. Rev.
