JOHNSON, Mary Margaret born in Amarillo TX, a devout Catholic, left us on Aug. 17th just short of her 74th birthday to join her husband of 58 years Lyonal Reed Johnson. Mary was a military wife who supported her husband through 23 years in the USAF during the Korean and Vietnam wars. Mary is survived by her brother, Paul Anthony Shaw. Mary leaves behind the legacy of 10 children; Stephanie Murphy, Rhonda Hunziker, Paula Grant, Jeff Johnson, Greg Johnson, Timothy Johnson, Patricia Schmidt, Brenda Pearson, Brian Johnson, and Andrea Sparks, 17 grandchildren, and 8 great-grand-children. Mary's life will be celebrated by her family and friends on Sept. 11th with mass at 11 am at Holy Family Catholic Church in St Petersburg. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Death is a transition from life to life, from grace to glory.
