MacCORMACK, Mary (Sister St. Mary Assumpta). Congregation of Notre Dame, passed away at Villa Marguerite, Pierrefonds, Qc. on March 6, 2003. Her parents, John Chrysostom and Flora Ann MacLellan as well as her brothers, Daniel, Peter, John, Jerome, Ronald, and Father George and her sister, Margaret, predeceased her. She will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law, Mrs. Georgina MacCormack and her many nieces and nephews. Sister Mary taught at Villa Maria and was the President of Marianopolis College for many years. The sisters at Villa Marguerite will miss her presence and always remember her many acts of service. The Wake will be at the Mother House of the Congregation of Notre Dame, 4873 Westmount Blvd., Westmount on March 9 from 4 to 8 p.m., with Vigil service at 7:30 p.m. The Eucharistic Celebration will take place in the Mother House Chapel on March 10 at 10 a.m. Direction Alfred Dallaire Inc.
