Mary Montgomery August 18, 1920 - Sept 10, 2013 Mary Montgomery passed away at her home in Pacific Palisades, California of natural causes. Born in Vancouver, B.C., she was the daughter of John and May Boyd. Following graduation from Crofton House, she attended U.B.C. before volunteering as a WREN in the Royal Canadian Navy. In 1944, she married the love of her life, Richard Alan (Dick) Montgomery and they spent 68 years together - raising six boys - until his death in 2012. Mary is survived by her six sons Boyd, George, Bruce, Michael, Bob and James; their spouses and sixteeen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services will be held on October 12th in Pacific Palisades.
