McATEER, Mary It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Mary McAteer (Miller). She passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Saturday, March 25, 2006. Mary is survived by Allan her loving husband of more than 52 years; Children Michael (Suzanne), Cathy Salt (Richard), James (Heidi), David (friend Danita) and Grandchildren Nathan, Adam, Daniel, Elizabeth, Hugh, Brianna and Mikayla. She is also survived by her sister Anne Hamill, California, brother William Miller (Mary), London, and sister Joan Finney (Lindsey), Montreal. Mary was an active member of her church, passionate bridge player and skilled curler. As a teacher and a friend she touched the lives of many and will be sadly missed by all. Friends are invited to call at the Stirling Funeral Chapel, 87 James St., Stirling from Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, Stirling on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at 11 a.m. Father Michael Bury officiating.
