Mary M. Martin, a lifelong resident of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow died June 20, 2010 at the age of 81. Mary was born in Tarrytown on September 17, 1928 and was the daughter of Ignats and Katherina Sturdzyk Matusek. She was a lifelong parishioner of Holy Cross Church and member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She had worked for many years at Brannigan Real Estate in Tarrytown. Mary was married to Richard J. Martin who predeceased her in 1974. She is survived by her children Richard of Washington, DC, John of Short Hills, NJ and Mary Margaret Martin of East Orange, NJ. She is also survived by her grandchildren Nathanial and Brianna Martin. Visitation will be at COFFEY FUNERAL HOME on Thursday from 9:00 to 10:30.
