Survived by her daughters, Mary Clark Carter and Elizabeth Love (Mike) O'Connell; brothers, Charles C. Fowler, Jr. and William Hayes Fowler; grandchildren, Greyson Love O'Connell, Claire Lawrence O'Connell and Thomas Carter O'Connell. Mrs. Carter's family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. on Tueday, February 26, 2008 at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
