She was born February 9, 1938 in Weiner, Arkansas daughter of the late Ralph Raines and Flora Wilhelm Raines.She was also preceded in death by a son, Randy Youngblood; two brothers, and four sisters.Survivors include husband, James D. Whaley; son, William J. Davis (Brenda); sister, Shirlene Walls; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.Services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel with Rev. Louie Montoya officiating. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until the hour of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
