Mary Louise (Cookie) Martin COWPENS, SC-- Mrs. Mary Louise (Cookie) Martin, of 187 Carver Street, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Mrs. Martin was the wife of Mr. Willie G. Martin, Sr. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Ronald Washington and Mrs. Alene Robinson Washington. She was a native of Spartanburg County. Survivors include two sons, Travis (Shona) Martin, Willie Martin, Jr.; a daughter, Kimaka Martin, all of Spartanburg, SC; a brother, Stanley Robinson of Spartanburg, SC; eleven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 3, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel. Minister Gladys Alston will officiate. Burial will be in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens.
