JONES Mary Lee, 70, of Allentown, PA, passed from this life peacefully on Monday, February 23, 2009 in the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. Born on June 12, 1938 in Dundas, VA she was the daughter of the late Rev. Richard and Sallie L. (Hawthorne) Watkins. She was a member of Life Church in Allentown and formally was an active member of Highway Church in Patterson NJ. She was employed as a Data Entry Operator for Prudential Insurance Company in Parsippany NJ for thirteen years. She was a loving and supportive mother, sister and grandmother. Survivors children Cassandra Van Hook and her husband William, Cheryl Jones, The Honorable Marquis D. Jones, Jr. and his wife Pamela, and Douglas D. Jones and his wife Sandra; sisters, Essie Roberson and her husband Donald, Alease Hand and her husband Gordon, and Anna Bethea; Brothers Richard T Watkins and Rev. Joseph Watkins and his wife Patricia; five grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Ceaphas Watkins and her former husband, Marquis D.
