LEE, Mary Elinora 'Punky'(nee Kirk)88 years, on December 2, 2014 at WRH Ouellette Campus. Wife of Jack Lee and dear friend to Bill Carmichael. Predeceased by her mother Mary Vanderlinder (1944) and her father Thomas Kirk (1949). Chosen son and beloved mother of Jon Marshall Lee, Oshawa. Predeceased by her twin daughters Mary Jane and Margaret Eileen, and Diana Cathrine Mamie Elinora. Predeceased by brothers Raymond, Kenneth, James and Robert Kirk and sisters Eileen Beaugrand, Mamie Desrosier, Margaret Robinson, Cathrine (Kay) Clark-Kosluk and Genevieve Noel. Also survived by many nephews and nieces. Mary served under the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan, No. 7 E.F.T.S. Royal Canadian Airforce here in Windsor. Mary also served as a junior aircraft mechanic and the first female to "Swing propellers on the Training Planes". She was the Newsletter Editor and coordinated the Entertainment Committee at the 420 Wing of Oshawa and also the editor of the 412 Wing of Windsor and held the position of President of the Ladies Auxiliary in Oshawa. Mary was a member of the Air Cadet League of Canada, Squadron 364, member of RCL Branch 94 and the Pathfinders at the Air Force Club.
