MURPHY Mrs. Mary L. Murphy, age 86, of Milford, beloved wife of the late William Francis Murphy Sr., passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2005, in Milford Health Care Center. Daughter of the late Lawrence and Florence Palmieri Fazzone, she was born on December 27, 1918, in New Haven. She was a member at Milford Senior Center and St. Mary Church, Milford. Mrs. Murphy is survived by a son, Lawrence Murphy and his wife, Stephanie, of San Miguel, N.M.; three daughters, Patricia McClelland of El Cerrito, Calif., Maureen Moore and her husband, Thomas, of Milford, Barbara Murphy-Malinak and her husband, Mark, of Cummington, Mass.; eight grandchildren, Maureen and William Auer, Tracy and James Steel, Timothy Moore, Colleen Moore, Raymond and Julia Rivard, William Rivard, Meaghan Murphy, Ursula and Jamie Angell; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander, Giselle, Denis; a brother, Lawrence and Isabelle Fazzone of Hamden; a sister, Viola Krawczyk of Wallingford; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, William F. Murphy Jr.; a brother, Anthony Fazzone; and two sisters, Angelina Stokes and Helen Mongillo. The family would like to thank the staff at Milford Health Care Center for their loving care through the years. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2005, at 8:15 a.m. in the Cody-White Funeral Home, 107 Broad Street on the Green, Milford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Mary Church, Milford. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery, Milford.
