Molly96, of Dunedin, formerly of Ashland, PA, passed away on Oct. 14, 2014, at Mease Manor, Dunedin, where she had resided since 2005. Born in Hazelton, PA, on Sept. 22, 1918, she was the daughter of the late E. J. and Loretta Flaherty. She was a 1936 graduate of Pottsville High School and a 1940 graduate of Kutztown State Teachers College. She married George (Reds) Mack in 1940 and had four children. They resided in Ashland, PA, from 1959 to 1975 during which she taught briefly at the Catholic Academy in Fountain Springs. Upon her husbands retirement from Arcwire Corporation in Mt.Carmel, they moved to Clearwater, where they lived until his death in 2005. Preceding her in death were her husband, George F. Mack; and two of her sons, George F. Mack III and Frederick (Fritz) Mack. Molly is survived by her son, Dr. Ronald Mack of Hudson; her daughter and her husband, Laurie and Ron Davis of Baltimore, MD; her granddaughter and her husband, Dr. Mollie Davis and Carl Kellenberger of Glen Burnie, MD; and two great- granddaughters. Private services were held. Arrangements were provided by the National Cremation Society of Clearwater.
