CAMPOBELLO, SC-- Mary Leola Beard, 45, of 9485 New Cut Road, died Friday, September 30, 2005 at her home.Miss Beard was a native of Spartanburg County, a daughter of the late James V. and Evelyn Carswell Beard. She was a member of Solid Rock Christian Church, and was formerly a long time member of Dependent Baptist Church.She is survived by two brothers, David Beard of Campobello and Dale Keith Beard of Jonesville. She was predeceased by one brother, Douglas E. Beard.Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 3, 2005 at Dependent Baptist Church, Compton Bridge Road, Inman, SC. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Dr. Joe Geddes, Pastor Bryan Alverson, and Rev. Shane Belue. Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.The family will be at the home of Ruth Burnett, 206 E. Union Street, Chesnee.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mary L. Beard Fund, P. O.
