TROY Mary Houle Kenney, 54, wife of Thomas V. Kenney, Jr., died at her home on Thursday, November 10, 2005. Born in Troy on July 8, 1951, Mary was the daughter of J. Barker Houle and his wife Jane Gabriels Houle of Troy and the late Elinor Kinley McCarthy Houle. A lifelong Troy resident, Mary served as a board member and volunteer for the Friends of Community Hospice of Rensselaer County. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Victory Church in Troy. Mary is also survived by her son, Clifton Bud Houle and wife Maddy of Troy; stepdaughter, Sara Kenney of Troy; sister, Elle Dietemann of North Chatham; brothers, John Houle of Berlin, Gerard Houle and wife Claire of Newtonville and Andrew Houle and wife Mariel of Dartmouth, Mass.; nieces and nephews, David and Paul Houle, Kerriann, Timothy, Sean, Christopher, Kimberly, Elinor Ellie and Erica Houle, Blace Houle; aunt, Mary Houle of St. Augustine, Fla.; and cousin, Joan Conway of Voorheesville. She was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Houle. A special thank you is extended to Dr. Lawrence Garbo at N.Y.O.H. and nurses Ann and Judy for the kind treatment and care given to Mary during her illness. A Mass of Christian Burial, to which all are invited, will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock in Our Lady of Victory Church, Troy.
