<!-- FH = . -->Mary Kathleen HayesMary Kathleen Hayes was born to loving parents Anne and Jim Tuttle August 3, 1920 and died in her home in Creekside in Elfindale, January 30, 2013. She grew up in a small farming community in central Illinois; attended Stephens College and graduated from the University of Illinois. She was a member of Alpha Chi Omega and a P.E.O. In 1946, she married Jack Hayes, and they lived in Shelbina, MO where they raised their only child, Linda Hayes Compton. She moved to Springfield, MO to be closer to her daughter, Linda, and grand-daughter Lindsay who survive her today. Thank you to our friends for the love and support we have received over the years and especially to our care givers the last few weeks of Kay's life.
