ADAMS, MARY KATHERINE "KAY," 76, of Louisville, peacefully entered eternal life on Thursday, January 10, 2013. Kay was born in Memphis, graduated with a nursing degree from Nazareth College and worked as a registered nurse for many years. She was always optimistic, cheerful and kind. She was the loving wife of the late Thomas Adams; dear daughter of Mary and the late James Mardis; kind sister of James, Margaret, and the late Elizabeth; beloved mother and mother-in-law of Theresa (Gregory Booth), Thomas, Timothy (Julia) and Katherine, sweet grandmother of Kelly, Kristen, Clayton and Isaac. The funeral Mass will be at noon on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 510 Breckenridge Lane, with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
