Mary Jo Davis AthensMary Jo Davis, 82, of Athens, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at her residence. Mrs. Davis was born March 23, 1932, in Jefferson County to John G. Hambright and Maude Kennedy Hambright.Graveside services will be Saturday, February 21, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with Brother Eddie Gooch officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Mrs. Davis was a member of First United Methodist Church in Tanner. She was co-owner with her husband, of Davis and Sons Food Service at Calhoun College in Decatur and Princeton Medical Center in Birmingham. Mrs. Davis was a caregiver in Hartselle and Decatur and was the best Mom in the world.Daughter of the late John Garnett and Maude Hambright; wife of the late Lester T.
