SHORT, Mary Jean, 64, of Lakeland, Fla., passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Ms. Short was cremated and a memorial service will take place at a later date. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. Survivors include her daughter, Jacqui (Brian) Crosswait of Brandon, Fla.; grandson, Andrew Crosswait; sister, Barbara Ashley of Fayetteville, N.C.; brothers, Bill Brandon of Justin, Texas, Jim Brandon of Mulberry, Fla., and Nathan Brandon of Canton, Ga.
